·   Assist the Manager (E&M) in related tasks to accomplish the goals of project.

·   Responsible to supervise all unit activities related to electrical & Mechanical works pertaining to design.

·   Work closely with consultants and contractors to ensure efficient project design and implementation.

·   Prepare and coordinate the project plans, schedules and presentations and comment on the design, scheduling and suggest possible cost savings measures.

·   Ensure implementation of the approved program of work and coordinate for removal of bottlenecks, if any

·   Provide coaching and mentoring to team and individuals and ensure their on-going learning and development.

·   Ensure compliance of relevant conditions of contract through consultants.

·   Review and scrutiny of cost estimate and variations.

·   Formulate SOPs for different components of TBM operation.

·   Arrange regular training for the staff.

·   Supervise activities on SCADA system.

·   Develop equipment maintenance plan according to SOPs / O&M Manual.

·   Assist Manager (E&M) in providing technical directions for design and implementation of the project

·   Any other task assigned by the Manager (E&M) during the project
