About Rozgaar Support (RS) Programme


The Employment Processing Resources Organization (EPR) is the largest and most trusted institution in the country dedicated to facilitating employment opportunities, empowering individuals in their job search, and creating pathways to sustainable employment.
The "Employment Support Program" is a proprietary initiative developed by EPR and is launched annually at the provincial level. Candidates interested in benefiting from this program undergo a transparent and impartial screening process, which includes tests and interviews to ensure merit-based selection.

All successful applicants receive comprehensive support, ranging from job search assistance and employability skills training to direct employment opportunities. Once the program is announced through credible channels, EPR begins accepting applications. Following the application deadline, a rigorous screening process is conducted to evaluate candidates against the program's eligibility criteria. Qualified individuals are then prepared for the job market through various capacity-building measures. Additionally, a select group of successful participants is offered remote work opportunities, allowing them to work from home without the need to attend a physical office.

According to the schedule outlined by the Employment Processing Resources Organization, the following support services and facilities are provided to successful candidates under the Employment Support Program:

  • I. All successful candidates are awarded an EPR Merit Assessment Certificate. This certificate serves as official confirmation that the candidate has enrolled in the EPR Employment Support Program and has successfully met the established merit criteria. It includes comprehensive details of the candidate’s performance and achievements within the program. The certificate may also be used by the candidate to demonstrate their qualifications and competencies when applying for job opportunities.
  • II. As part of the selection process for remote vacancies announced under the Employment Support Program, candidates are required to participate in an interview. Those who successfully pass the interview are then provided with practical training. Upon completion of the training, they are assigned to serve in their respective districts, enabling them to contribute effectively while working remotely.
  • III. A select number of candidates are granted Priority Service under the organization's Government Job Facilitation and Overseas Job Facilitation programs, free of charge. This service is designed to enhance their chances of securing government or overseas employment on a priority basis.
  • IV. Under the Employment Support Program, a select number of successful candidates are granted the facility to submit job applications to any government department through EPR, free of charge, for a period of one year. During this time, the organization waives all standard EPR service fees for these candidates. This initiative is specifically designed to support and assist individuals in securing government employment by easing the application process and removing financial barriers.
  • V. All successful candidates receive practical support and personalized guidance to help them secure internships and employment opportunities within the private sector, specifically in their respective districts.

01 Apply & Screening Process
EPR invites applications through advertisement from candidates who are interested to be a part of Rozgaar Support Programme. After dead line of applications receipt, all candidates go through written screening test.
02 Issuance of Certificate
All screening test passed candidates issued printed “Merit Assessment Certificate” on their postal address with 02 years validity.
03 Hiring of ARO/ RO
Interviews will be schedule for selected candidates for the EPR remote staff positions of Registration Officer and Assistant Registration Officer. These are paid remote job positions. Interview qualified candidates go through from Training Process for appointment.
04 EPR Govt. & Overseas Jobs Priority Services
As per merit specific number of candidates will be offered to avail “EPR Govt. Jobs Priority Services” for period of 2 years. (Worth Rs. 6000/-)
05 EPR Wave off Govt. Jobs Basic Processing Fee
As per merit specific number of candidates will be offered to avail “EPR Wave Off Govt. Jobs Basic Processing Fee” for period of 01 years. These candidates will be eligible for their govt. jobs basic processing without paying EPR Charges.
06 Internship & Employment Placement
All qualified candidates will be eligible for placement in industries and corporate sector in their respective province for internship and employment opportunities according to available seats as per required.
