Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 08 years of progressive experience in managing environmental and social safeguards, preferably in donor-funded infrastructure or WASH projects. 
• Demonstrated experience with World Bank ESF or similar safeguard frameworks. 
• Relevant certifications on OHS, Nature Preservation, Resource conservation and Environmental and social protection by recognized bodies. 
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder consultations at scale. 
• Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
