Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate in Food Science & Technology / Nutrition with minimum 1-year experience in the relevant trade OR 
• B.Sc. Home Economics with minimum 1-year experience in the relevant trade. A.E. Food / DAE Food Processing & Preservation Technology with minimum 2 years' experience in the relevant trade OR  
• A.E. Food / DAE Food Processing & Preservation Technology with minimum 2 years' experience in the relevant trade OR 
• A certified 06-month Short Course from a Government recognized institute or Internship/OJT certificate from a renowned hotel cook, preferably with graduation and minimum 3–4 years' experience in professional cooking / baking.
