Eligibility / Quota

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience, assessed. 6+ years of relevant QA/SQA experience, taking test work from specification to production independently and repeatedly, and mentoring less experienced colleagues. Full technical competence across manual testing, automation testing, defect management, API testing, and UAT support, applying applied delivery judgement. Certifications in Test Automation or ISTQB are a strong plus.
