Qualification and Experience:

• BS (Honours) in Engineering and / or Master in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP) and other relevant field from HEC recognized institutions, depending upon the nature and requirement of the project.
• Candidates with professional certification may be given additional preference.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the planning, implementation, supervision, and management of water supply or other infrastructure development projects.
•  Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with the Government of Balochistan's procurement rules and financial management will be preferred.
• Valid registration with the Pakistan's Engineering Council (PEC).
• Have been involved in the execution, implementation & operationalization of water treatment plants.
