Qualification and Experience:

• At least a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (Finance) or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial management/accounts, preferably in public-sector/development projects, covering bill processing, budget monitoring, financial reconciliation, preparation and scrutiny of financial statements, fund releases, expenditure tracking, bank/ledger reconciliation and financial record management.
