Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from recognized university; relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 15 - 20 years of relevant experience preferably in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering, marine, fabrication, painting or a related industrial environment.
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, planning and team management skills.
Ability to work effectively under demanding production schedules and manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
