Since its inception, the primary aim of the Employment Processing Resource has been to advocate for meritocracy, transparency, and equal opportunities within the national employment landscape. Our organization extends its services to both governmental and non-governmental entities committed to upholding these principles in their hiring processes. Our team not only boasts extensive professional experience in evaluating individual competencies but also possesses the requisite proficiency in leveraging modern technology and adhering to international standards to ensure meritocratic and transparent practices.

Whether in the realm of employment or education, our mandate encompasses skill assessment and the preservation of merit across all sectors. We pride ourselves on our nationwide network of skilled personnel equipped to assess individual competencies, coupled with the utilization of state-of-the-art machinery for efficient data processing. Under our NRS Programme Project, we have initiated endeavors at both provincial and federal levels to evaluate the aptitude of the nation's youth comprehensively. Through this initiative, we administer NRS Programme tests to aspiring candidates seeking employment opportunities, whether within the public or private sectors. Beyond mere qualification validation, EPR also share candidate’s data with relevant governmental bodies, streamlining their consideration for employment opportunities at provincial and federal levels.

Additionally, EPR aimed to collaborate with Chambers of Commerce and Industry nationwide to bolster youth employment prospects. The EPR annual NRS Programme project serves as a crucial tool for candidates in securing employment opportunities, while also empowering them to refine their merit profiles through ongoing preparation and enhancement efforts.
