Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or master's degree in business administration/ Economics from HEC recognized institution, having at least 15 years post-qualification progressive experience in management positions (public or private). Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Municipal Services. The candidate should be well versed in Government Rules/Regulations and Public Sector Corporate Governance. The position requires high proficiency in computer software use, an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills in English, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
