Qualification & Experience:

Candidate should hold a minimum of a Graduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, and Hydropower Engineering, from HEC-recognized Institute. A Master’s degree in the relevant field of Engineering University will be an added advantage.

Candidate must possess demonstrated experience in under:

a) Overall, 8 years experience in the respective field of engineering with at least 04 years experience in the O&M of hydropower plants,

b) Thorough knowledge of power plant equipment and principles of plant operations. and maintenance during commercial operation and to oversee power generation/optimization from the hydropower plant.

c) Possess knowledge of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities of the hydropower project and submission of test protocol & test reports to higher office and other concerned entities including construction, development & generation of Hydro Power Projects.

d) Having knowledge of Inventory control and management systems for spare parts, consumables, and tools, drafts material requisitions for replenishment including changes in stock levels or materials used depending on equipment performance.

e) Must be well conversant with the functions of other bodies/entities of the public sector like NTDC, DISCOs, NEPRA, CPPA-G, IRSA, etc.

f) Must be familiar with the Market Schedule Rates (MRS Rates) of all Districts of Punjab and HSE practices.
