Qualification & Experience:

The candidate should hold a minimum of a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering. A master's degree in the relevant field of Engineering from an HEC-recognized university will be an additive advantage.

Candidate must possess a demonstrated total of 8 years of experience as under:

Overall, 8 years experience in the field of civil engineering with at least 04 years experience in hydropower construction development & generation.

Possess expertise in project management and preparation of scope of works about construction/rehabilitation works of Civil Structures at Power Plants and allied infrastructures.

Must have hands-on experience in preparing the tender documents about construction/rehabilitation works of Civil Structures at the Power Complex.

To prepare a detailed budget breakdown of all costs and expenses to be associated with the unscheduled major repair of the Civil & Hydraulic Structure and its Technical Sanction from the concerned Authority.

Must be familiar with civil construction design, construction methodology, and applicable codes and MRS Rate System.

Having an understanding of the Irrigation Canal Operations / SOPs / Operation of Spillway gates & its regulation.
