Qualification & Experience:

Candidate should have a B.Sc. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree from an HEC-recognized university. Master degree holders shall be given an added advantage. Engineering Degree must be attested/recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

At least 8 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of Hydel power Plants including testing/commissioning/installation. Should have experience in power purchase agreements, tariff determination, and dealing with Power purchasers and other government agencies. Willing to travel to all associated power plants and ensure timely periodic reporting to head office.
