Qualification & Experience

i. Bachelor / 16 years of education in Business Administration, Computer Sciences/IT duly recognized by HEC.

ii. Candidates having PMP certification will be preferred.

iii. At-least 10 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in a comparable position in Banks/FIs.

iv. Must have 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects in the banking or financial industry.

v. Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve their full potential.

vi. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

vii. Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

viii. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

ix. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and its implementation.

x. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.

xi. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

xii. Having experience in Banking/Financial Institution is a plus.
