Qualification & Experience

i. Bachelor /16 years of education in Computer Science/IT duly recognized by HEC.

ii. At-least 10 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in a comparable position in a reputed Banks/FIs in IT Support Services.

iii. Must have 7 years’ experience in managing user support and technical team in a professional setting.

iv. Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills.

v. Strong technical knowledge in banking software, hardware, IT service management software, and network infrastructure.

vi. Proficient in setting up and managing IT service management software, such as incident management, problem management, and change management tools.

vii. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

viii. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

ix. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

x. Proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.

xi. Proven experience in managing a team of 50+ IT support professionals.

xii. Extensive technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.

xiii. Familiarity with banking applications, systems, and processes.

xiv. Analytical mindset to identify trends and patterns in user support requests.

xv. Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent user experience.

xvi. Familiarity with IT service management principles and best practices.
