Qualification & Experience

i. Bachelor / 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT duly recognized by HEC.

ii. At-least 10 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed Banks/FIs.

iii. Must have 7 Years’ experience in managing internet and mobile banking channels in the banking or financial industry.

iv. Having a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.

v. Experience in driving digital banking initiatives and improving the customer experience.

vi. Being able to explain issues to coworkers, staff members, or clients in a clear and concise manner, using non-technical language.

vii. Familiarity with internet and mobile banking platforms, technologies, and security protocols.

viii. Develop and implement the bank's internet and mobile banking strategies and roadmaps.
