Qualification & Experience

i. Bachelor /16 years of education in Computer Science/IT duly recognized by HEC.

ii. At-least 10 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed Bank/FIs.

iii. 07 years working experience in banking sector managing Digital / Branchless banking Projects.

iv. In-depth knowledge of Digital & branchless banking regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.

v. Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead and motivate a branchless banking team.

vi. Sound understanding of banking technology platforms, mobile banking, and digital financial services.

vii. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

viii. Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement innovative branchless banking strategies.

ix. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

x. Familiarity with customer behavior and preferences in digital banking.
