Qualification & Experience

i. Graduate (16 years of education) / Post Graduate in Finance/ Accounting /Economics /ACCA Preferably CFA Level 1 or Level 2 (Certification).

ii. Minimum 8 years’ post qualification experience in Commercial Bank or Micro Finance Bank, out of which 5 to 7 years in Risk Analytics Preferably expertise/ experience in implementation and reporting of IFRS-9 standard in a financial institution.

iii. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills. Proficient with data analytical tools such as Power BI, Python, Access, Excel etc.
