Qualification & Experience

i. Graduate (16 years of education) / Post Graduate in Fintech / Accounting / Finance/ACCA OR CFA Level-2 duly recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to CFA certified Level 1 or Level 2.

ii. Minimum 3 year’s post qualification experience in Commercial Bank or Micro Finance Bank in Risk Management.

iii. Preference will be given to candidates with hands on experience of implementation and reporting of IFRS-9 in a financial institution. For ACCA candidate preference will be given to candidates having completed their Articles in aforementioned subject.

iv. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills.

v. Proficient with data analytics such as Power BI, Python, Access, Excel etc.
