Qualification & Experience
i. Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) duly recognized by HEC.
ii. Minimum 3 years post qualification experience. Preference will be given to the candidate with experience of agri. research or allied.
iii. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills.
iv. Capacity to understand and analyze information and communication flows within farmers in rural areas during field research work.
v. Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
