Qualification and Experience:

Master's in Human Resource Management or Equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in managing human resource and administration related matters, Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills. Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office, web base systems, ERP Fluency in written and spoken English along with local languages. Excellent human to human conflict resolution skills, and team building skills. Willing to Travel to field sites in the Merged Areas, KP. Willingness to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, rapidly changing work priorbes, which may involve working long hours and on the weekend
