Qualification and Experience:

Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics, Environmental and Resource Economics or Development Economics with basic degree in Agriculture from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with five years' post qualification relevant experience. OR M.Sc. (Hons.) in Agricultural Economics, Environmental and Resource Economics or Development Economics with basic degree in Agriculture from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with eight years' post qualification relevant experience. Only Research Experience must be acquired after prescribed qualification. Where in the Service Rules Research Experience is prescribed with Ph.D. or M.Phil. for eligibility to a post, Research work done during Ph.D. or M.Phil. shall not be counted as Research Experience. Note: The experience of the applicants in public/private sector is admissible. Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regularity Authority.
